We had an amazing dinner at Golden Olive! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The grilled whole fish was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the seafood pasta was rich and creamy, and the seafood soup was fresh and comforting. We also loved the fried calamari, it was crispy, tender, and one of the best we’ve had. The rice, fresh salad, and grilled vegetables were the perfect sides. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. If you’re looking for fresh seafood, great service, and a wonderful dining experience, Golden Olive is definitely worth visiting. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely highly recommended! Everything we ordered was delicious and exceptional — especially the whole seabass, hummus, baba ghanouj, tabbouleh, and red soup. The fresh pita bread was truly amazing; it was so good we couldn’t stop eating it. What made the experience even more special was that the food tasted like it was made in someone’s home kitchen with real care and authenticity, not in a typical restaurant kitchen. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel right at home. We were visiting from out of state and are so glad we found this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Delicious authentic Egyptian family owned hidden gem restaurant. Tucked behind a gas station. It's cozy but they're expending. There are a few free self parking spots. They have free indoor seating as well as a few outdoor patio seating. The host is very cheerful and welcoming. The menu has lots of Middle Eastern and Egyptian dishes as well as pizza ( not sure why. But I'm guessing the next door restaurant used to be a pizza joint and now Golden Olive is expending into that location as well as the now defunct Subway in the corner. I'm sure once all the renovation is completed, it will be an awesome restaurant with plenty of seating. We got the fried fish, shrimp, kebab, shawarma, falafel, kuftah, rice, hummus, and baba ganoush. Everything was promised prepared fresh and seasoned and cooked perfectly. I think they make their own pita bread as it was super fresh and puffed up from the oven. I strongly recommend the fish and shrimp dishes. Seems like that's their specialty. I think they're from Alexandria...and they make the best seafood. Can't wait till renovation is completed so I could visit them again.

It was hands-down the most mind-blowingly delicious Mediterranean food I’ve had in California—honestly, probably the whole country! Every bite was like a flavor-packed adventure. The spices? They were singing! From the creamiest hummus to the juiciest grilled kebabs, it was top-notch. Plus, the service made me feel like royalty. If there’s a crown for the best Mediterranean spot, this place would be wearing it!

Golden Olive is an absolute gem—if you’re craving authentic Egyptian seafood, 🍤 this is the only place to go. The moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth—Mariam and Nasr make you feel like family. The fish and shrimp 🦐 are beyond fresh— best high-quality fish, 🐠 Seabass, sea press and more grilled to perfection over charcoal, bursting with rich, traditional spices. ❤️‍🔥I even asked for grilled shrimp off-menu, and they happily accommodated me. Don’t miss their Egyptian fried rice—it’s a perfect 👌🏼🤩complement. Every bite feels like a journey home, and I can’t wait to go back!🫶🏼🫶🏼
